ProSky mentors are available to help you be successful in your training program and project. Candidates can schedule appointments with ProSky mentors. Mentors can help by: clarifying topics you struggle with, directing a better path on collaborative ideas for your project, giving constructive feedback, etc. Our mentors are here to guide you and push you to become better than you already are. In addition, candidates spend time with mentors seeking career advice, discussing career goals, best practices, opinions on love life, etc.
Monday-Friday. Each daily regime is anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour at most. The average is right around 20 minutes each day.
Our students generally spend between 5-15 hours each week working on the project. The time frame varies due to each individual student’s efficiency, teamwork and quality of work they hope to produce.
Projectships are real projects from actual companies. These projects are completed online on ProSky’s platform. Projects allow candidates to showcase their skills and personality to prospective employers looking to hire.
No. Projects are not internships. Projects help candidates get in-front of decision makers in companies looking to hire. Projects also help candidates expand their network and gain real world experience.
No. ProSky is built to adapt to different skill-sets. Candidates will receive mentoring throughout the project. In addition, ProSky provides Training Programs to help candidates skill-up if candidates feel they need more training or experience in a certain industry before taking on a project.
